SMS Terms & Conditions

MyNORA sends transactional SMS to candidates and recruiting participants, including: application received confirmations, interview invitations and confirmations, schedule reminders, status updates, requests for additional information, and task or credential reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

You opt in by providing your mobile number during an application, on your candidate profile, or when a recruiter asks for it, and by confirming that MyNORA may contact you by SMS about your application or engagement.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and where you are in the hiring process. You will typically receive messages only when there is an update or action for you.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. MyNORA is not responsible for carrier charges.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from MyNORA. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send additional SMS unless you opt in again. You may still receive email or in-app communications about your application.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most other U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information collected in connection with SMS is handled per our Privacy Policy. MyNORA does not sell mobile phone numbers, and SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes take effect when posted; the effective date above will be updated.
