Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by MyNORA to explain how MyNORA (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and administrators use the MyNORA Talent Intelligence Platform (the “Service”). It is not a certification and does not create any legal rights or obligations beyond those set out in applicable law and the agreements between MyNORA and its customers.
1. Information we collect
- Account and profile: name, email, phone number, role, employer, and authentication identifiers.
- Candidate submissions: resume, work history, credentials, licenses, availability, preferences, and information you provide during applications or conversations with NORA.
- Recruiting activity: notes, communications, interview records, dispositions, and approvals created by recruiters and hiring managers.
- Technical data: device, browser, IP address, log data, and usage events needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Communications: messages sent or received through the Service, including email and SMS, and records of delivery, opens, replies, and opt-outs where available.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Match candidates to open positions and surface recommendations for human decision-makers.
- Send transactional messages (application status, interview confirmations, reminders, task notifications).
- Maintain audit logs required for compliance and operational governance.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
MyNORA does not sell personal information. NORA provides intelligence and recommendations; hiring decisions are made by humans.
3. How information is shared
- Customer tenants: candidate information is accessible only to authorized users of the tenant that received the application.
- Service providers: infrastructure, communications (email/SMS), authentication, and analytics providers acting under contract.
- Systems of record: approved information may be transferred to a customer’s HRIS/ATS (e.g., UKG Pro) under tenant governance.
- Legal: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
4. SMS messaging
If you provide a mobile number, MyNORA may send transactional SMS related to your application or engagement, such as interview confirmations, reminders, and status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. See our SMS Terms for details. SMS opt-in information and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Candidate records may be retained to support future opportunities and rediscovery unless a deletion request is received and honored under applicable law.
6. Security
MyNORA uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, tenant isolation, row-level access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@mynorahub.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice within the Service.
